At Exotica, we want your home to feel perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Exotica boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned décor, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
